Message	A friend of mine wanted to do that at his house. He found out he needed a permit to do it legally. After all the fees and making it properly to be safe/legal, it was cheaper for him to buy an above ground lift. Sucked having to jack up a lowered car to even get it on the lift, but what can ya do?
